Turn around-Fix-It

Background

Interim leadership is the perfect antidote for an organization that has lost its way. We've done this before, turning around companies with tech debt, operational crisis and a lack of in place leaders. We hit the ground running and will steer the organization through difficult water to come out the other side.

We ran into a PE leader at HIMSS a couple of years ago who was looking at a business that he knew we did Interim work with -- the second in the span of two years -- and both have had issues. He asked us "do you intentionally pick up problem businesses"??


Well, no, not intentionally. But often we get approached to come in and help and often the reason is something is broken. Leaders are hesitant to recruit an executive and hand them a problem, knowing that it may scare them off at worst or it may ending up wasting valuable and expensive cycles for them to come in just to discover the problem.


Our goal is to come in, hit the ground running (experienced based), identify problems quickly and target solutions to put the organization on the right track -- so when the new permanent executive arrives -- progress has been made, light has been shined on the areas of need and we have no reason to try to make it seem better or worse than it is.


As an Interim Executive we can speak truth to power, be honest and forthcoming. We aren’t looking for blame and we aren't afraid of what we find. We just plan on fixing it!
